Spektrix supports Digital Marketing Day

We're excited to be supporting the Arts Marketing Association's Digital Marketing Day. Here's the AMA to tell you more...

We’re delighted to be holding our annual Digital Marketing Day, ‘Iterate and Innovate’, at Kings Place in London on 2 December this year. We are also delighted that the event is supported by Spektrix. If you’ve not been to this day before, read on to find out what you can expect. Those who work in digital, marketing and leadership positions gather to hear the latest thinking, network, share ideas and explore the role digital plays in their organisation.

Fiona Higgins, AMA Business Development Associate, says, “Our annual Digital Marketing Day is always a popular event and I’m delighted that Spektrix are the headline sponsor. There will be several keynotes for everyone to enjoy and a choice of breakout sessions throughout the day. Sara Devine, Manager of Audience Engagement and Interpretive Materials at Brooklyn Museum, is one of our keynote speakers and will be sharing her experiences of using agile planning. She will also run two practical workshops on the day which will allow delegates to test some agile methodologies to tackle common digital marketing challenges. Sara says, “shared challenges will be the starting point for my workshop session(s), where we’ll work together in groups to plan sample tests in an agile way. Ideally, between the keynote and workshop, you leave the conference with a basic grasp of agile and some ideas on how to adapt it to your own projects.”

There will be a variety of sessions to suit different learning styles, including the practical sessions Sara is leading, one-to-one surgeries to improve your website, case studies from AMA members and an exploration of the work carried out as part of our Digital Marketing Academy.

There are international keynote speakers demonstrating how they have worked in an agile way and the impact it has had on their organisations. I’m also particularly excited about the PechaKucha style breakout that will see AMA members share their stories around agile working.
