We’re delighted to have been featured for the first time in The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100, after having been included in the City A.M. Leap 100 league table in 2016. The Tech Track 100 is an annual league table that ranks Britain’s 100 tech companies with the fastest growth over the last three years. We’ve come in at #88 on a list full of tech companies we admire, doing great things in cybersecurity, internet of things, ecommerce, cloud services and CRM.
Having the hard work and achievements of our team recognised in this way is very rewarding for everyone at Spektrix. We’re really proud of what we’ve achieved in the past ten years and are thankful to our clients for helping us get here. The numbers speak for themselves: 98% retention of our clients, over 15 million tickets (representing £300m) processed in 2016 and 48% growth in the past three years.
It’s also a vindication of our mission-led approach. Our mission is to advance the arts through technology. As a team driven by this common purpose, we’re motivated to build a better product and remove as many barriers to supporting our clients as possible. We get out of bed everyday to make an impact on a sector we’re passionate about. Everyone across the business, irrespective of their role, is behind our mission and it makes a real difference.
The growth that this had led to allows us to deliver new features, create new roles like our Business Analysts, identify new opportunities to impact our clients and hire and develop the best people to do the job at hand. All that comes back to benefit the people who matter the most to Spektrix - our clients.
Thanks to all for helping us achieve this milestone. Here’s to keeping it up over the coming years.
