\/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nMaureen has over four decades of experience encompassing not-for-profit, commercial arts, Broadway, regional ticketing, performing arts and colleges. Maureen\u2019s experience spans the ticket office, call centers, season tickets, group sales, marketing, fundraising and executive leadership. Prior to joining INTIX Maureen had a rich career including VP of Arts &amp; Entertainment at AudienceView, INTIX\u2019s interim President, Senior Business Consultant at Paciolan and spent 23 years with The Denver Center for the Performing Arts as Director of Ticketing Services. Maureen is a 40-year INTIX veteran with 18 years on its board including three stints as Chair. Maureen is a frequent speaker at Industry conferences, seminars and workshops. Her fourth season included the company\u2019s 2026 inaugural season in the newly opened Samuel H. Scripps Theater Center, culminating a period of extraordinary institutional transformation. During her tenure, HVS has evolved from a celebrated seasonal festival into a regional cultural anchor with a permanent campus and an expanded business and operating footprint.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nIn close partnership with Artistic Director Davis McCallum, Kendra helped shape a once-in-a-generation opportunity into a clear, achievable vision for HVS\u2019s future and led the organizational work needed to bring it to life. She has helped lead the ROOTED capital campaign and the development of HVS\u2019s permanent campus in Garrison, including the opening of the Studio Gang-designed Samuel H. Scripps Theater Center in 2026. She also led the integration of The Garrison, Folio restaurant, and the Inn into HVS\u2019s operating structure and is advancing the development of on-site Artist Lodging and the growth of institutional reserves designed to support the company\u2019s long-term sustainability.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThroughout this period of growth, Kendra has focused on building the organizational, financial, operational, and human infrastructure necessary for HVS to thrive in its permanent home while preserving the sense of community and artistic quality that has long defined the company. Central to that work is nurturing an organizational culture in which artists are supported to do their best work.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nPrior to joining HVS, Kendra served as General Manager of the Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville, New York, and previously worked in casting and talent management for New York theater, film, and television. She has worked in the performing arts for more than 20 years, and has been with TDF since 2017. Prior to TDF, she was the Director of Development at Theatre for a New Audience. Ms. Estrin began her career in Philadelphia, working with The Arden Theatre Company, Theatre Exile and the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, and was a Co-Founder of Shakespeare in Clark Park. She has also worked with Seattle Repertory Theatre, Yale Repertory Theatre and the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, where she managed the capital campaign for the Thomas H. Kean Theatre Factory. She has sat on the Boards of SPACE on Ryder Farm and PoetryWell, and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia School for the Arts. throughout the many communities of New Haven. Prior to joining LWT, she managed Tony Award\u2013winning Broadway productions and tours including A Gentleman&#039;s Guide to Love &amp; Murder, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, and the acclaimed 2009 revival of the HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical. and founding principal of AINOK Consulting. Her career embodies the in-between of arts and culture, drawing on lived experience as a professional musician, arts administrator, arts policy researcher, and advocate for the independent live entertainment sector.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nTamara is the Director of Grants and Government Relations at the historic St. George Theatre and Vice President of the New York Independent Venue Association (NYIVA), where she represents independent live performance venues in policy and advocacy efforts at the city and state levels. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the New York City Office of Nightlife Advisory Board and on the New York City Small Business Advisory Committee. In 2014, she received a New York City Council Citation for her contributions to the city&#039;s cultural community.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nA former professional flutist and the founder and Executive and Artistic Director of Musical Chairs Chamber Ensemble, Tamara has produced hundreds of live performances and community-based arts programs. Her work and research focus on the live performance ecosystem, public policy, arts funding, and the economic and cultural role of independent venues. She has presented nationally and internationally at SXSW, MONDO.NYC, ISTR, ARNOVA, and STP&amp;A conferences.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nShe is also a Research Associate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst School of Public Policy, where she researches the differential impacts of policies and government programs on arts and culture organizations and the live performance
