Membership tiers at a nearby museum began at $70, but that included free year-round general admission. Because Performing Arts Houston members would still need to buy tickets, the team set the entry-level membership at just $25.<\/p>\n<p>The lowest tier, Access membership, focused on priority booking, ticket exchange access, and limited discounts. A large group chose that entry point, motivated mainly by the chance to secure strong seats for a favorite artist before the general onsale.<\/p>\n<p>At that level, the relationship is still fairly transactional, and some members may save more in ticket discounts than they give across the year. But it creates an important first step toward deeper affinity and a longer-term supporter journey.<\/p>\n<p>The bigger goal was to move as many customers as possible toward the $100 Amplify membership, the tier where support began to make a more meaningful difference to the bottom line. Almost 40% responded to that $100 ask, and many more chose one of six higher tiers, ranging from $250 to $10,000, with benefits including donor lounge access and invitations to cast parties.<\/p>\n<p>Because Spektrix supports connected donation asks within the purchase path, the team could present the full range of membership options consistently across the website, email campaigns, and season brochure.
