Sarah Caswell

With a background in accessibility and audience engagement, Sarah helps clients make strong, lasting connections with their patrons.

As a member of the client success team, Sarah helps organizations engage with their customers and works to strengthen clients' accessibility capabilities. Sarah has developed some tools for house management teams like pre- and post-show reports, and volunteer tracking practices in use across several client systems. Prior to Spektrix, Sarah ran front-of-house operations at a large regional theater for several years, where she was responsible for the house management, volunteer, and security teams. Additionally, she ran the food and beverage program and helped to rewrite ADA plans and emergency contingency protocol; while also working on regional access advocacy projects.

Sarah has a B.A. in Performance Studies with a focus on audience/performer interaction ritual and though she could chat interaction ritual theory all day, she can usually be found playing Jackbox or board games, seeing shows, or hiking with her rescue pup (and occasional office dog), Sweet G.
