What are Spektrix Hubs?
Hubs are day long events packed with learning, sharing and connecting opportunities. Hubs will empower you to enhance your Spektrix skills, tackle hot topics with your fellow industry experts and feel inspired to do more.

What are Consultation Slots, and how can I book one?
Consultation Slots are 20 minute, 1:1 conversations between you and a Spektrix expert. These are opportunities for you to have a face-to-face discussion around your priorities. You can use a Consultation Slot to have an informal chat about how things are going at your organization, or you can come with a specific system question.
A few weeks before the event, we will reach out with instructions for booking your Consultations Slot. There will be slots open during registration at the start of the day, the lunch portion of the day and after the event, during the time of the Happy Hour. Please note that, since these slots are 20 minutes in duration, you'll still have ample time to enjoy lunch and Happy Hour with the rest of the attendees.
How do you book a Consultation Slot? If you’re registered for Hubs, we will reach out over email a few weeks before the event with an opportunity to book your slot.

What is the cost of Hubs?
The short answer: free! Our all-inclusive offer doesn't stop at software. Hubs are completely free for users to attend. You're responsible for getting yourself to Spektrix Hubs, and we'll take care of everything else, including lunch and a happy hour.

How long do Hubs last?
Registration for Hubs begins at 9:30am. Sessions will conclude at 5pm, followed by a Happy Hour onsite until 6pm.

Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch will we provided! We'll also have snacks and drinks available throughout the day, and there will be a Happy Hour at the end of the day with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Please make sure to mark any dietary requirements on your registration form.

What do I need to bring to Hubs?
To fully participate in sessions at this year's Hubs, please bring your laptop and ensure you have access to the Spektrix system. It's also a great idea to bring your favorite note taking materials.

Is there a dress code?
We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to engage.

I'm new to Spektrix. Can I still come to Hubs?
All Spektrix users are welcome at Hubs. Hubs are focussed on elevating your CRM expertise and sharing strategic guidance. Hubs can be a great place to get inspired to start your Spektrix journey, but it does help to have some experience and familiarity with the system. If you'd like to brush up on your Spektrix fundamentals in advance of the event, you can check out our training resources.
