What's changed in my system?
When you log into Spektrix from February 1, 2023, you'll see a change in your tab structure. In the Sales and Admin interfaces, you'll see a new tab called Subscriptions. Click into that and you'll find that your Memberships tab is in a slightly different place and now sits alongside Fixed Series and Ticket Subscriptions.
Customer Records have the new Subscriptions tab as well, where you can find info about your patrons' Memberships, Ticket Subscriptions and Fixed Subscriptions all in one place.
You can choose whether Ticket Subscriptions and Fixed Series appear in the Sales interface. To turn either of these features on:

Stories from Spektrix users who helped to trial Ticket Subscriptions, and how it's streamlined the experience of their patrons and box office teams.
A Fixed Series subscription allows customers to book the same seats across a number of different Instances, usually for a discounted price. That booking becomes a subscription which can be renewed, giving that customer the right to keep their seats for next season or choose other seats available to them when setting up their subscription for the following season.
Memberships can be sold online, in person and as gifts, and can be used to make a donation to your organisation and/or to provide access to benefits such as special discounts and Priority Booking. They can also be used as criteria in reporting or Customer Lists, and can be set to automatically renew to drive retention.
