With over twenty years in the arts industry, I have a range of experience and a deep passion for cultural enrichment. From backstage at 14 via youth theatre to a decade as a touring and producing performer, this foundation has given me a unique perspective on the intricacies of the arts world, its relationship with audiences, participants and the people who work in it day to day.

For the past decade, I have specialised in arts fundraising and audience development both in venues and working with multiple organisations at a time in varying contexts, focusing on insight, strategy and cultural change management.
