The high profile launch

Saratoga Performing Arts Center had a big season launch – a full program of ballet, orchestra, and jazz, including John Legend with the Philadelphia Orchestra.

With a complex series of presales to manage, the team was nervous – but Spektrix monitored queues and transactions throughout the onsale period to keep them confident and on track.

The nationwide tour

Comedian Sarah Millican went on sale with a tour across the UK and Ireland, visiting 34 venues which used Spektrix for their ticketing. With another 200 new events going on sale at Spektrix client organizations at exactly the same time, it would have been a stretch for many systems.
