Connection and commitment to the US sector

Our team in the US is passionate about the arts and in-person experiences. Many team members bring first-hand experience of venue roles, performance, and creative practice, combined with years of experience serving organizations across the States.

Our US office base is in midtown Manhattan. We have team members who live all over the country, and we love converging in New York for designated collaboration time throughout the year. We also welcome users into our office for visits and events.

Purpose-built to meet sector needs

We’ve served the US for over a decade. We welcomed our first US clients, including New York Theatre Workshop and Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, in 2015. We worked closely with these early users to understand their priorities, develop additional features, and build a New York-based team to support them. Our approach resonated, and we quickly welcomed many more organizations who saw the potential in our connected solution and inclusive support.

Today, if an organization is considering a new system for ticketing or CRM, Spektrix is top of the list – and every year, more teams choose Spektrix than any other solution.

“In a city like Concord, running two active performing arts centers that have over 220 performances a year, we have to be a little bit of something for everyone. We are not just comedy. We’re not just music. We do a lot of community outreach work as well. So having a dynamic system allows us to manage all of that and make sure that our communications are accurate.

The way we interact with people is critical for us. We have to be a little bit of something for everyone. Spektrix allows us to manage each one of those segmented audiences and introduce them to something they might not necessarily have been interested in before. That’s the cool part.

It’s one of our responsibilities to make sure that we’re always getting people interested in something new and coming together.”
