Exclusions

A small number of costs are excluded from your service charge, so you have the flexibility to scale your technology, website, and hardware budgets to meet your organisation’s needs.

  • Card processing fees

    These are added to your service charge as a percentage of each transaction.

    Get up and running with our white-label purchase pathway using Spektrix subsites at no additional cost, or invest in an integrated website to create more customised online journeys.

  • Additional hardware

    Often your existing computers, Android tablets, and box office hardware will work with Spektrix. If that’s not the case, we can help you select from a range of affordable options.
