The Spektrix partner network is a space to connect arts, cultural and entertainment organisations with web developers, software providers, data analysts, consultants and other sector experts.

There's no cost for partners to access our API or other integration tools, and we provide full documentation and support for partners building integrations, also at no cost. We don't resell partners' products, make revenue sharing deals, or make any profit from you or from shared clients when you work together - our only priority is to support our clients to find the best products for their needs.

As a cloud-based, Software as a Service platform, Spektrix hosts all the data that powers our users’ ticketing operation on our servers. Rather than hosting client websites, we provide a set of tools to allow developers to integrate their websites with our platform, delivering a streamlined experience to shared clients and their customers.

Our web integration consists of four main components:

  • A set of ready-made iframes, which can be styled with CSS, are embedded into a client website to handle the transaction and checkout flow, including event seat selection, account login, and payment
  • A RESTful, JSON-based API that can be used to power rich web applications, allowing developers to provide expanded functionality beyond the standard iframes
  • A complement of web components that can be easily embedded and configured to provide an enhanced customer experience for actions such as purchasing merchandise and making donations
  • A web-specific administrator interface where developers can embed stylesheets and insert custom code into the Spektrix iframes

We have a wide network of partners who have built successful integrations easily using the tools and expert support that we provide free of charge. There is no cost for partners to access our API or other integration tools and we provide full documentation and support for any partners building integrations, also at no cost. Details of our API are publicly available via our Integration Portal.

At other times, it’s consulting with our clients to understand their strategic needs, and helping them identify a consultant to turn them into reality.



At Spektrix we take an agnostic approach to partner products, ensuring that we can support clients to find the best products for their needs whilst extending the utility of Spektrix across their business. We don’t directly resell other products or make revenue share deals with partners who operate in our market. This means that partners who build an integration with Spektrix pay us no fees. Some existing Spektrix partners have used budget usually allocated to API fees / partner commission instead to provide customer incentives, or simply to keep the integration cost low; we can help promote any such incentives to our clients.

There is no cost for partners to access our API or other integration tools and we provide full documentation and support for any partners building integrations, also at no cost. Our integrations team will support your team during the process and, of course, there would be no cost from us for that or any ongoing integration support. We extend the same support to partners as we do our clients.

Partners who build integrations between their products and Spektrix can benefit from uniquely swift takeup:

  • No technical barriers in place for Spektrix users. All users are on the same iteration of Spektrix. Our platform is accessible over the internet, with no locally-hosted servers or different server configurations from client to client. This means that you only need to complete your technical integration with Spektrix once.
  • No barriers to adoption for Spektrix users. All clients are using the most up-to-date version of Spektrix at all times. There are no additional costs for upgrades, nor for making use of partner products through our APIs. If a Spektrix client buys your product or service, they can simply switch the integration on and get going.
