Australia and New Zealand
Interchange + Scheme fees passed through + 0.8% of transaction value
Other Rates
$20 for each chargeback received
For each chargeback that is successfully challenged and then reversed, a fee of 20c

Not chargeable and included in your processing:
- All refunds
- All payment requests (i.e. no fee for declined transactions)
- Storing Card Tokens
- Updating Tokens for expired or lost cards
- Spektrix Payments Fraud Protection, powered by Adyen
- Daily payouts
- Implementation and day-to-day support from Spektrix
- Access to Merchant Portal for reporting and live data
- No additional costs for Apple Pay / Google Wallet payments
