Once we’ve helped you find the right pricing model for your needs, there are no hidden extras. A single service charge scales with your activity, meaning we only succeed when you do - and if your revenue takes an unexpected dip, your payments reduce too.
We’re responsible for hosting, maintenance and upgrades. Our Support Centre and consultancy services are available to your whole team. We’ll help you get started, with a dedicated project manager to support your system change and migrate your data securely. You’re invited to join us for events, training and community activity at no additional cost.
And there’s not a penny to pay until you sell your first ticket.

- Implementation project management
Led by a dedicated project manager, this includes shadowing, process review, system set up and process mapping, hardware setup, access to integration specialists where required, data migration and pre- and post-go live training. - Data migration from your previous system to Spektrix
Led by our team of data migration engineers, this is managed as part of the implementation project. - Expert support, training and consultancy
Our team of client success specialists provides day to day support, training and consultancy by phone, online and in person. - 24/7 access to the Spektrix Support Centre
Our online Support Centre provides written and video guidance to support your team in making the best use of our technology, at all times. - Bespoke consultative support projects and training

What's not included
A small number of costs are excluded from your service charge, giving you the flexibility to scale your technology, website and hardware budgets to meet your organization's needs.

We'll provide full support and documentation to help web developers complete this integration, along with ready-made iframes and web components, an administrator interface to configure your system to match your brand, and an API to power rich web applications. If you don’t yet have a good web agency in mind, we can help. - Hardware as required (Chip & PIN devices, ticket printers and scanners)
Spektrix works on any reasonably up to date computer with an internet connection, as well as on Android tablets. Often your existing ticket office hardware will work with Spektrix, but if that's not the case then we can help you select from a choice of Spektrix-friendly options. - Working with any optional partner products from the Spektrix Partner Directory.
We provide open and free access to our API to developers who want to integrate their products with Spektrix. We also provide support and documentation to help them complete any integrations using our existing API and integration tools.
