We’re responsible for hosting, maintenance and upgrades. Our Support Centre and consultancy services are available to your whole team. We’ll help you get started, with a dedicated project manager to support your system change and migrate your data securely. You’re invited to join us for events, training, and community activity at no additional cost.
And there’s not a penny to pay until the day you go live.

What's not included
A small number of costs are excluded from your service charge, giving you the flexibility to scale your technology, website, and hardware budgets to meet your organisation's needs.

Card processing fees and chargebacks
These are added to your service charge as a percentage of each transaction.

API or iframe-based web integrations
Charged by your web developer.
Get up and running with our white label purchase pathway using Spektrix subsites at no additional cost; or work with a web developer to create more customised online journeys. We'll provide full support and documentation to help web developers complete this integration, along with ready-made iframes and web components, an administrator interface to configure your system to match your brand, and an API to power rich web applications. If you don’t yet have a good web agency in mind, we can help. -
Additional hardware (Ticket printers, scanners, etc.)
Spektrix works on any reasonably up-to-date computer with an internet connection, as well as on Android tablets. Often your existing ticket office hardware will work with Spektrix, but if that's not the case, then we can help you select from a choice of Spektrix-friendly options.

We provide open and free access to our API for developers who want to integrate their products with Spektrix. We also provide support and documentation to help them complete any integrations using our existing API and integration tools.
