Our service to you starts on the day you choose Spektrix as your technology partner. At that point you’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager who'll become part of your team throughout an estimated 12-week implementation journey. Bringing extensive experience of arts organisations, web integrations and go lives, they’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
From an initial kick off meeting right through to go live, we’ll use a combination of calls, visits and online tools to make sure you always know where you are, what’s coming next, and what you can expect from us.
Meanwhile, our Data Migration team will be busy in the office, mapping your historic system data into Spektrix, and our extensive Support, Training and Consultancy team will be looking forward to getting to know you better through system training and post go-live support. There are never any extra costs for consultation, support, data migration or training.
