    Royal Court Theatre

    The Royal Court Theatre is the home of the English Stage Company, and has been presenting bold new work since 1956. It plays a critical role in finding and nurturing new playwrights - the New York Times once called it the "most important theatre in Europe".

    The Royal Court has been using Spektrix since November 2010, and it has given them the tools they need from a box office perspective to support  their continued artistic success. The scalability of the Spektrix platforms means they have been able to process the largest sales days in their history since going live with Spektrix, and they have been able to re-think their friends programme by offering their members advance booking for their very popular £10 Monday ticket scheme online for the first time.

  • Town Hall & Symphony Hall Town Hall & Symphony Hall

    Town Hall & Symphony Hall, Birmingham

    Symphony Hall Birmingham is widely considered one of the finest international concert halls with a capacity of over 2200, while the Grade I listed Town Hall is one of the oldest concert halls in the country with a rich musical history. Together, they issue over 550,000 tickets every year to over 600 concerts and by working with Spektrix, are the largest UK arts organisation to embrace cloud-based ticketing and CRM technology.

    Spektrix transferred over 5 years of historical data over a weekend in August 2013, using a fully automated process in order to minimise disruption, which helped to get the box office back up and running ahead of schedule. They now have access to a comprehensive ‘single view’ of customer data and are using the advanced data analysis tools to gain insights into previous booking behaviour.

    With automated report scheduling, a streamlined sales process and user-friendly system, Spektrix provides tools to increase  productivity throughout the organisation. Town Hall & Symphony Hall have also used Spektrix to make improvements to their website, and audiences now benefit from an easy online booking experience and the ability to buy subscriptions and packages online for the first time.

    The Juilliard School 

    The Juilliard School, New York City, is widely regarded as one of the world's leading performing arts schools, with an alumni that includes Yo-Yo Ma and Miles Davis. 

    Performing before a live audience is one of the most valuable aspects of a Juilliard education, and their students participate in nearly 700 Juilliard-sponsored performances every year, in music, dance and drama. The Juilliard School has been using Spektrix to manage their ticketing and marketing around these performances since January 2014.

    Round House Theatre

    Round House Theatre is one of the largest and acclaimed professional theatre companies in the Washington DC area. They hold 200 theatrical performances each season at their 400 seat Bethesda theatre, and 150-seat black box theatre in Silver Spring. 

    They are the first client of Spektrix in the United States, having gone live in autumn 2013. They now use Spektrix to help support their mission which includes providing exceptional service and hospitality.
